A communications relay that HAVEN refuses to acknowledge in its schematics. Relay Chamber 7 receives signals on frequencies that predate the station's construction by two hundred years. The signals contain bureaucratic directives in a language Commander Voss recognizes but cannot identify. The chamber is warm. Space is not warm.
